As named Company Secretary with various MNCs listed on the SGX; Colin has been in the soft commodities space for the past 20+ years.
He was previously with Bunge, Olam, Wilmar and Royal Golden Eagle (RGE/Pacific Oil & Gas). He worked in various functions like Corporate Legal, Trade Support, Legal support of Commercial, Shipping, M&A, Project Financing and numerous other business lines operating out of SE Asia, East and South Asia, Europe, USA, West and South Africa and elsewhere globally.
He has also worked as legal advisory on projects like toll processing, EPC/BOT for Jurong Aromatics, a speciality chemical company and established entities all over the world for International SOS, a specialist medical provider. He graduated from Oxford Brooks University with a BA (Hons) in Law and History and is also a qualified Chartered Secretary.
